The single cell RNA-seq data of human lung samples were integrated using the anchor-based integration module of Seurat
and were further processed as described in the Material and methods, generating an "integrated UMAP-filtered" composed of 21 clusters encompassing 28 cell type identities.

The cell identities are associated with a color of dominant tint corresponding to a major cell type family:

• myeloid in red,
• lymphoid in blue,
• epithelial in green,
• vascular and stromal cells in grey.
