The single cell RNA-seq data of 6 human lung samples (2 donors, 3 timing i.e. 0 h, 4 h, 10 h) were integrated using the Anchorage module of Seurat
and were further processed as described in the Material and methods, generating an “integrated UMAP-filtered” composed of 17 clusters encompassing 23 cell type identities.

The cell identities are associated to a color of their original cluster with the dominant tint corresponding to a major cell type family (myeloid, lymphoid, epithelial, vascular, stromal cells).
Note that in the downstream functional analyses of the paper, C6 and C16 were excluded due to their ambiguity, therefore 19 cell identities were studied.
